Sofiya Kostareva (she/her) is an expressive arts therapist with a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University. She is also a LMHC. She has worked with clients across the developmental spectrum (aged 5-100) in a variety of non-profit and community mental health settings, currently specializing in supporting adults 18+. She is also a creative facilitator and interdisciplinary artist utilizing methods of self-expression toward deepened healing, personal inquiry, and collective liberation. As a queer first-generation Ukrainian-American, she believes owning our formation stories can transform our lives. Sofiya is currently conducting research via narrative inquiry.
