Cascadia Training’s Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration to a workshop or workshops, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at [email protected] or calling us at 206-441-6892.

We understand that life happens, and things out of our control can cause us to cancel our plans. If you need to cancel your registration for an upcoming workshop or workshops, we will work with you to find the best solution for everyone involved.

Our Standard Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations more than ten (10) days before a workshop:

We are happy to provide four different options for you:

  1. Keep a credit on hand to use for future Cascadia workshops;
  2. Transfer you to another Cascadia workshop of equal value;
  3. If a recorded version of the workshop is available, we can provide access to the workshop recording and materials so you can still take the workshop on-demand when you have time and earn your CEs; or
  4. Provide a full refund to your original payment method minus an administration fee of $25.

No refunds for cancellations less than ten (10) days before a workshop:

We are unable to provide refunds this close to workshop dates as plans have been finalized.  However, if a recorded version of the workshop is available, we can provide access to the workshop recording and materials so you can still take the workshop on-demand when you have time and earn your CEs.
