Clinical hypnosis is a research-backed therapeutic tool that enhances neuroplasticity, fosters emotional regulation, and accelerates transformation. In this engaging introductory training, we will explore the principles and mechanisms of hypnosis as you learn how to ethically and effectively guide clients into hypnotic states to reduce anxiety, manage pain, overcome habits, and strengthen resilience.
