However\, many clinicians are reluctant to become supervisors due to legal and ethical liability concerns.  These concerns are often increased by a lack of accurate information about the true risks of liability faced by supervisors. \nThrough direct instructions\, presentation of real-life scenarios\, and group discussions\, participants will understand the fundamentals of supervision best practices to improve their effectiveness and skill as clinical supervisors. \nThis three-day\, 15-hour supervision workshop is designed to meet the training requirements for Washington State Approved Supervisors.\nObjectives:\n• Identify and assess sources of significant liability in supervision; \n• Construct effective strategies for creating a sound supervision agreement; \n• Describe key conceptual frameworks for supervision; \n• Compare various theoretical approaches to supervision; \n• Contrast various types of supervisory relationships; \n• Examine the benefits between group and individual supervision settings; \n• Summarize the legal and ethical regulation of supervision; \n• Maximize supervisor\, supervisee\, and client success through supervision structure; \n• Integrate regulation and practice to provide quality supervision documentation. \nPayment Options\nCascadia Training values quality continuing education that is accessible\, inclusive\, and without barriers to all. Tarot offers a creative\, accessible framework for exploring intimacy\, self-awareness\, desire\, and relationship patterns while helping clients reconnect with their intuition and inner wisdom. \nThis continuing education workshop introduces clinicians to the ethical use of Tarot as a therapeutic tool. Participants will learn how Tarot can support clients in exploring emotions\, boundaries\, self-worth\, and relational dynamics\, particularly when discussing vulnerability\, sexuality\, shame\, or uncertainty feels difficult. \nThrough guided meditations\, experiential exercises\, and discussion\, participants will examine how Tarot imagery and symbolism can facilitate deeper emotional insight and self-reflection. Attendees will also create their own Tarot cards as metaphors for understanding intimacy\, identity\, and relationships\, while exploring the erotic and relational themes embedded within traditional Tarot archetypes. \nThe workshop will explore Tarot’s connection to Jungian archetypes\, its history\, from the Rider-Waite-Smith deck to contemporary variations\, and its application as a tool to help clients externalize and work through complex emotional experiences.
